1000 Day Journey 0015 Is Creatine Killing My Diet?!
I lost 40lbs in the past 6 months by changing my eating habits to a ketogenic diet. Two weeks ago I was 216lb and there were just two things I added into my life; regular exercise and Creatine Monohydrate. Today I discovered I gained 2lbs in the past two weeks without altering my diet. I wonder, are these 2lbs a result of: mussel gain, a weight loss plateau, or is creatine adding this weight by means of cellular hydration?
