This is a series of videos where I'll share my workouts to provide inspiration and an inside look at F45

Abacus is an F45 favorite that is cardio-focused with fewer stations and a twist: increasing work time, then decreasing work time over the workout duration. Climbing and descending repetitions in this fitness pyramid is a fun, intense test of your cardio capacity. Don’t underestimate the simplicity of this 6-station session; Abacus will leave you drenched and gasping, asking where all those inches on your waistline disappeared to.

Here is the Abacus layout and timing:
- 6 Stations
- 5 Sets at each station
- Lap 1:
20, 22, 24, 26, 28 seconds of work
10 Seconds of rest between sets
- Lap 2:
28, 26, 24, 22, 20 seconds of work
10 Seconds of rest between sets
