Hill refuses to answer

Tyrant Queen Hill refuses to answer a simple question - "Do you believe you are above the law?" Too bad you couldn't see the stare down and then the squirming by Hill as she acquiesces to the "Yes, I'm above the law." accusation.
They'll say they "can't" answer, but the NRS code is clear that they can answer Yes or No questions without even getting close to the "deliberation" line they are so deathly afraid of.
