'Do Not Escalate': Top NATO Leader Reaches Out To Putin After Russia Destroys Odesa Port

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan urged his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin not to further escalate tensions. This is after Russian forces struck Ukraine's grain shipment infrastructure in Odessa in the aftermath of Kyiv's attack on the Kerch bridge in Crimea on July 17.
