LIVE: Beijing Typhoon Doksuri Aftermath

Live from Beijing’s Mentougou district on Tuesday, August 1, as floods hit the streets of the Chinese capital in the wake of Typhoon Doksuri.

Doksuri is one of the strongest storms to hit China in recent years.

The Chinese Ministry of Water Resources lifted emergency warnings on potential flooding to the second-highest level for Beijing, Tianjin and the surrounding Hebei province.
