The 5th Circuit Court heard arguments in Mock v Garland about the pistol brace law, sorry, rule that the ATF put into place. They severely criticized and ridiculed the ATF given the massive changes from the proposed rule to the final rule and the inability to provide information on what would be a legal brace under this gun grabbing nonsense.
