African stadium chants for white genocide - ruled not "hate crime"

Will you see this in the news? Will your politicians rally in outrage? Now imagine if this was 100,000 Germans filling a stadium, cheering on killing an ethnic minority in their country? What happened to treating people equally, and holding each other to the same standards?
