Bandits Hacksaw Into 3000 PSI Pipeline

There are guys that run around the oil field and dig up and hacksaw out any pipelines that they can find to sell the metal for scrap. This one just happened to be active with 30000 PSI pushing ultra heavy crude oil through it. It leaked out for 3 days before anyone did anything about it.
