SCARY: Police Respond to Reports of Possible Active Shooter at Capitol

Capitol Police swarmed the area after reports of a possible active shooter in the Senate office buildings on August 2. Video captured scenes of individuals exiting the premises with their hands up among responding officers. Authorities later said the Senate offices had been cleared and the call appeared to be "bogus."
