There is something about thunderstorms that some people love but even those people wouldn’t want to get stuck there during a torrential downpour. However, luckily for us, when a thunderstorm strikes, we can just duck into a store or a shelter and wait for the storm to pass. The sad thing is that dogs are not nearly as luckily as us humans because they have limitations. This gets even worse for stray dogs who don’t even have a house to stay inside.
