It's on the weekends where there's no big syndicated programs for a radio station. They can either play reruns or sports... but those still cost money. This is when they call in local experts to fill in hours with their own shows. You give them free time & ads, but no pay, and reap additional ad revenue or write it off as "public service radio" for taxes. But you can get some dull, weird or even downright crazy results... enter "Mr. Quick Fix-It" to expose the worst in DYI.
