Finding a mouldy wall when you only expected to paint #shorts

In this daily vlog video I find some mould behind a soft patch of drywall while I am prepping for paint. This job was supposed to be a quick turnaround for a rental unit and due to this little find it could potentially add some significant time and cost to the job. Hopefully it isn’t too bad and I can fix it easily.
