INDICTMENT DAY: DeSantis's The Stupidest Comment, He'd Move The Trial Outside Washington To The States, Where Trump Already Lost
Trump and the Seven Dwarves, the stupidest reply to Trump Jan 6 Indictment is the Dwarf-In Chief-DeSantis’s, the weakest best second of all times and he won’t be able to cash in, I’m afraid… his solution? To move the Trial from Washington the Swamp to the States’s local Courts, as if at a local State level Sidney Powell, Giuliani & Co. hadn’t already done the trials and already lost them. DeSantis is an idiot or he is not well informed. This is his comment and why it is stupid:
Quote From The Hill:
Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, the former president’s closest competitor in the 2024 race, has previously waffled on whether charges against Trump should disqualify him. After the third indictment dropped Tuesday, the governor posted on X, the platform formerly known as Twitter, that he has not read it yet but does “believe” reforms need to be “enacted” so “Americans have the right to remove cases from Washington, DC to their home districts.”“Washington, DC is a ‘swamp’ and it is unfair to have to stand trial before a jury that is reflective of the swamp mentality,” DeSantis’s post read. “One of the reasons our country is in decline is the politicization of the rule of law. No more excuses—I will end the weaponization of the federal government.”
Again… The Federal Government that in 2020 was in the hands of Trump…First of all I don’t see the local States’s authorities more moral than the Federal Government in DC that the Florida boor calls “the swamp” just like Trump, in fact Georgia, New York, Michigan’s High Courts have already dealt with this election fraud trials and they already have all said Trump, Giuliani and Powell are wrong, moreover DC exists, and the Swamp is not a legal term for Washington Agencies & White House there’s no Swamp mentality, DeSantis talks like a yokel convinced that in the countryside there are the honest men and in the Capital… there are the sinners, like in Southern Italy’s villages where they say “She went to Milan to have an abortion…” when in fact there’s plenty of local abortion clinics you just don’t need to go to Milan and your daughter is a slut more than a City girl, ok? My cousin went to Milan and she became a lay nun instead. Plus idiot of a Ronny, excuse me, the big mess in reality was done precisely at a State Level, not at a Washington Machine level: it was the States’s Legislatures and High Courts that have legalised the Universal Mail-In Vote and the computerised voting machines so much that the Supreme Court of the United States in Washington, the so called “Swamp” the way these new Republican MAGA boors call them, when challenged by Ken Paxton Texas AG about declaring unconstitutional at least the Universal mail in ballots, Trump’s dominated SCOTUS said no, because by Constitution it is the States that have to decide the way to vote, exclusively the States, and if the States (disgracefully) want to vote by mail they’re free to vote by mail. I don’t like the mail-in vote nor the voting machines: they’re useless and create troubles, but the Supreme Court stated that the States decide how to vote and some States decided for the mail-in vote and voting machines. So what? This is like Kari Lake: she lost in Arizona because of Arizona State Legislature’s voting law that allowed mail-in ballots and the Arizona High Court said she must get over it. Where’s the Swamp? What’s Washington to do with it? It’s strange this continuous attack on Washington, I think Trump would lose at a State level too as he has already lost. Sorry. Trump even said he would diminish the powers of the Agencies and… give more powers to the President and this is crazy and really dictatorial, moreover dysfunctional: he couldn’t do the job of President and now wants the President to do the job of AG and FBI Director, really… lock him up..
They’re evil all these enemies of the Federal Government, they think that Washington is corrupted and the States’s DoJs instead are not corrupted well, precisely about the voter laws it’s the other way round already: the States do the voting laws and from Washington they cannot tell them anything. James O’Keefe knows it, he had tried to show how in Minnesota the postal vote is easy to manipulate. Moreover the voting machines alone… they had declared Trump as the winner, so I can’t see how the voting machines could be set to make Biden win, the results were: only counting the voting machines votes Trump had won on the 4th of November, but then the postal ballots legalised based on the Trump’s Pandemic Emergency Decree compensated because they were voted overwhelmingly for Biden.
I don’t like this sytem of voting but it is done at a State level not at a Washington level and based on a Trump’s signed Criminal Justice Reform and Executive Order, DeSantis is sick and Ramaswamy too.

What 2024 GOP candidates are saying about Trump’s Jan. 6 indictment
by Tara Suter – 08/01/23 8:04 PM ET
Associated Press
Former President Trump’s 2024 GOP presidential rivals are reacting to his third indictment as part of special counsel Jack Smith’s investigation into the former president’s efforts to remain in power after losing the 2020 election, which culminated in the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the Capitol.
Trump is facing four new criminal counts in Smith’s case for actions including allegedly attempting to get officials in certain states to overturn their election results and trying to organize false pro-Trump slates of electors in states like Arizona and Georgia.
Overall, the 45-page indictment puts Trump at the center of a lawless campaign to block the transfer of power, charging him with conspiracy to defraud the U.S. and other crimes.
“Despite having lost, the Defendant was determined to remain in power. So for more than two months following election day on November 3, 2020, the Defendant spread lies that there had been outcome-determinative fraud in the election and that he had actually won,” the indictment states. “These claims were false, and the Defendant knew that they were false.”
Here’s how other 2024 Republican candidates have responded so far.
Ron DeSantis
Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, the former president’s closest competitor in the 2024 race, has previously waffled on whether charges against Trump should disqualify him. After the third indictment dropped Tuesday, the governor posted on X, the platform formerly known as Twitter, that he has not read it yet but does “believe” reforms need to be “enacted” so “Americans have the right to remove cases from Washington, DC to their home districts.”
“Washington, DC is a ‘swamp’ and it is unfair to have to stand trial before a jury that is reflective of the swamp mentality,” DeSantis’s post read. “One of the reasons our country is in decline is the politicization of the rule of law. No more excuses—I will end the weaponization of the federal government.”
Vivek Ramaswamy
Fellow GOP candidate and entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy made more of a direct statement against the new indictment, calling it “un-American” and promising to pardon Trump if elected in his own X post. He said the former president “isn’t the cause” behind the events of the Jan. 6 insurrection.
“The real cause was systematic & pervasive censorship of citizens in the year leading up to it,” Ramaswamy said. “If you tell people they can’t speak, that’s when they scream. If you tell people they can’t scream, that’s when they tear things down. If we fail to admit the truth, Jan. 6 will just be a preview of far worse to come & I don’t want to see us get there.”
Asa Hutchinson
Asa Hutchinson, the former governor of Arkansas and a consistent critic of the former president, said Trump is “morally responsible” for the Jan. 6 attack.
“Now, with today’s indictment, our system of Justice will determine whether he is criminally responsible,” Hutchinson said in a post on X.
Will Hurd
Another critic of Trump, former Rep. Will Hurd of Texas, made a thread on X, which included that he believes Trump’s 2024 run is only an “attempt to stay out of prison and scam his supporters into footing his legal bills.”
“The Trump of 2016 is a far cry from the desperate figure we see in 2024,” Hurd said in his thread. “It’s about time our party, including the 2024 candidates, wake up to the fact that this guy only cares about himself, not our country’s future.”
Mike Pence
Former Vice President Mike Pence, who faced death threats for his refusal to not overturn the 2020 election results during its certification in Congress, said his former running mate’s legal woes would create “distractions” from current President Biden’s “disastrous economic policies” in a statement obtained by The Hill.
“I will have more to say about the government’s case after reviewing the indictment,” Pence’s statement read. “The former president is entitled to the presumption of innocence but with this indictment, his candidacy means more talk about January 6th and more distractions.”
…………………………………………………………………………………..
THEY-ARE-CRAZY: THE REPUBLICAN PARTY IS DEAD, THESE NEW REPUBLICANS PUT ON WASHINGTON THE BLAME WHEN THE DAMAGE WAS DONE BY THEIR OWN PRESIDENT AND BY THEIR BELOVED STATE LEGISLATURES THAT UNCONDITIONALLY LEGALISED THE UNVIVERSAL MAIL-IN BALLOTS AND WANT TO USE THE VOTING MACHINES WHEN THEY ARE NOT OBLIGED TO AND CAN REVERSE TO THE VOTE IN PERSON WHEN THEY LIKE AND DC CANNOT TELL THEM ANYTHING AS STATED BY THE SUPREME COURT, BUT THEY HAVE IT NOW AGAINST… DC AND THE DEMOCRATS (????)
