Psychological abuse is based primarily on psychological enslavement. A significant transgression of boundaries, and maintaining the victim in thinking that the transgression of boundaries, normal, rightful, desirable, and good for them. Psychological violence rarely is open aggression.

Real psychological violence is a wold in sheep’s clothing. It is harm, given as medicine, in the form of a solution, care, love, interest. Only then it will be effective. Because the goal of psychological violence is the conquering, the overthrowing of your mind, by another person.

Under the pretext of deep love and unity, it is easy to smuggle control.

But it’s not that these people are spawns of hell, or everyone has a personality disorder, or everyone is evil down to the bone. No, they are immature children of immature parents. And they’re fighting for dominance.
