No More Wrist Pain!

I first encountered wrist pain after doing the 500 pushup challenge.

I thought maybe it was because I was doing my pushups wrong.

But that was not the case.

Then I was lifting with my gym bro and he said his wrists hurt while doing bicep curls and the bench press.

But his form was great.

I decided to figure out why we were both experiencing wrist pain.

That’s when I realized our wrists were weak.

I tried many different wrist exercises and I found that these are the best ones.

After a few weeks of training my wrist pain had vanished.
