At least 11 people are killed, and 27 are missing as heavy rains lash Beijing. This is according to Chinese state media. Now, as heavy rains trigger further danger, high alerts continued in many parts of north China. Beijing also issued a red alert for certain regions as heavy rains. Linger on due to follow-up impacts of typhoon Doksuri.
