New Jersey Lt. Gov. Sheila Oliver Dies at 71 Shortly After Being Hospitalized

New Jersey’s Second Lt. Gov. Sheila Y. Oliver, who was serving as governor while Gov. Phil Murphy vacationed in Europe, has died. She was 71.
