Belarus Shrugs Off "Poland Border Violation", Drones Hit Kyiv, Arson Hits Russia Conscription Sites

Russian forces targeted Kyiv Oblast with Iranian-made drones early on August 2, Ukrainian officials said. Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko later announced that debris from a drone reportedly fell in the Solomyan district, damaging a non-residential building. An explosion was also reported in the Holosiivskyi district in the Kyiv region. Russia launched a drone attack against the region just south of Odesa, regional governor Oleh Kiper reported on Telegram on August 2. Earlier at night, air raid alerts were set off in central and northern Ukraine due to threats of Russian attack by Iranian-made Shahed drones. Poland will send additional troops to its eastern border after two Belarusian helicopters reportedly crossed into its airspace on August 2. Russian news websites and officials have reported a rise in arson attacks against several conscription offices in the country. Conscription offices have been attacked in Podolsk, Severodvinsk, Kazan, Kaluga, Mozhaysk, Voronezh, and Omsk since July 29. Watch this video to know what's latest in the Ukraine-Russia conflict.
