Luigi's Mansion Walkthrough Part 14: Rooftop Ruckus

We go to the roof! But, before I finish it up by plopping down into the Sealed Room, I decide to go back down a floor for convenience and tine saving by clearing out more of the 3rd floor rooms as long as I am close by and have the key for them.
