So, it starts... Another grand adventure. :) You can play along side of me too as this game is accessible for anyone to get and play.

I'd rate the game like "10+" or "T" if I was a ESRB guy due to some more... "adult themes" in it so to speak, but if you have a Youtube account, you should be 13 anyway.

I will explore the first ares of the game and collecting everything you can collect in it... for now... We'll also get into the story of the game and find out what bad things are going on with these bunny-like critters known as "Mimigas".

Game Info:
This is a freeware PC game made in 2004 called "Cave Story". It was made by a single man best known as "Pixel". Yes, that means he made the music, graphics, characters, story, level design, physics, etc. It took him five years to make this beauty and I intend on showing off as much of this game as I can. Unfortunately it's a pretty short game though. :( But it'll be epic while it lasts. Well, if you are good at it and you know where you are going. Namely because this game gets pretty dang hard.

It is such a good game, it was later released on the Wii and DS virtual console as Wii/DSware games. but unfortunately you have to pay for them on there. :P But, it does have some extra modes and updated graphics. Since the extras are not on the PC version and I don't even have the Wii or DS version, I will not cover them.

This was originally a Japanese-only game, so this is the translated version of the game. "Aeon Genesis" was the person who translated this masterpiece.

For Windows users:
Get the "deluxe" download and install it. It's already English-patched and comes with a bunch of extras you'll likely enjoy.

For Mac users:
You can still play it, but you'll have to download the game and the English patch separate, then patch it yourself. I don't know how to do so as I never had or used a mac computer, but I'm sure all the resources you need to learn how to do so are on that site.
