WARNING: This video series will contain not-so-graphic depictions of surgical procedures, organs and blood. If the mere thought of that makes you nauseated, turn back now... you wimps! :3 (Kidding!)

Who needs 10 years of medical school when you can learn how to perform complex surgery right in your living room? Thanks Nintendo, I can now go get my medical license! :O (KIDDING!)

This is Trauma Center Second Opinion, the Wii Remake of Trauma Center Under The Knife. The Wii-remote replaces your stylus as you perform surgeries... typically in under 5 minutes, lol! The graphics got an overhaul from the DS version, though I personally think the surgeries look less "graphic" than they did before as blood looks more like red smoke rather than pools of blood and the organs look more Jello-like. Perhaps they did that so it wouldn't gross out squeamish people, lol!

I will attempt to teach how to get good ranks as well as show you the bonuses you can get in each surgery to achieve that elusive XS rank in hard mode. Well, maybe, lol! This game and all other TC games are notoriously difficult and will destroy you over and over until you get the hang of them due to their high learning curve and frantic gameplay.

Operation Timestamps (To Skip Cutscenes):
1-1 4:35
1-2 11:00

Enjoy!
