Super Bomberman Walkthrough Part 1: The Ropes (With Commentary)

Yeeeeeeeeello and welcome to my walkthrough of Super Bomberman! This part will show you the basics of Bomberman as well as teach some survival strategy.

What about the storyline? Well... I want you to try and put it together for yourselves and then I'll explain it in the final part. Why? I'll explain that later too, lol! For now, just enjoy the gameplay. But, you can discuss the story to your heart's content with each other. Also, that intro you saw in this video was recorded off the Japanese ROM of the game since for some reason was taken out of the US one. But, I switched back over to the US ROM on the black screen transition between the intro and title screen.

Speaking of... I think I forgot to mention that the level's designs are pretty much randomized aside from world 5's levels. So, you'll have to improvise your strategy, of which I'll show how to do. Normally a a highly randomized game would make for a bad walkthrough, but since you can use the same improvisation moves to avoid death, that is a non-issue here.
