Anyway, Paraskevi is a new Guilt and you're going to have to take it out. It's a "splitting" critter, which means every time you damage it, it splits in half. There has been numerous bosses and enemies throughout gaming that react the same way, but they are all defeated with the same general method. Like this one:

Laser it's tail tip, cut it in half then focus ONLY on one half and aim to leave as few pieces of it scampering around as possible. So, just keep focusing on one half of a half until it reaches one segment in length, of which you can then stun and pull out with the forceps.

Every time you cut it, it causes one laceration for each piece, so there will usually be 2-4 wounds and a drop in vitals. Raise them if needed and move on. If you see any burrowing into the organ, laser it before it does to stop it. If you can't get it in time, no biggie, you'll just end up moving on to the next stage. But NEVER let it get to the heart on stage 3 or you'll lose instantly!
