Sometimes you got to keep it simple and just tie on a jig and go do some shallow water fishing! I love flipping and skipping a jig for bass up shallow this time of year. There are a lot of fish that go deep in the summer but there are a equal amount that stay shallow all year long. A lot of those bass are bluegill eaters and you can tie on something like jig and go catch them. It’s a simple and fun way to catch some big bass!
