(Searching Everywhere) I have searched High and I have searched low... Low and high! High and low...

You'll have to collect a bunch of keys in this level, one at a time, one per section. You basically go to a dead end that has the key, grab it by solving a puzzle then go back to the locked door. Really basic stuff. However, keep your eyes open for stuff in the foreground/ background that you will have to break open to free trapped villagers.
