Random Gameplay 9: DanceDanceRevolution II Boss Songs

I was debating if I wanted to overlay post-commentary or not given that this is a rhythm game, but decided to do so to make it more educational. Though it was tough to get the volume levels just right for all 3 recordings (feet, voice and game footage). Also, I'm aware that upscaling the game footage to HD won't improve it's quality (You can't magically create detail that isn't there), I just didn't want my footcam video to get stretched out, lol!

Just to clarify, this is NOT a video to demonstrate elite DDR skill, this is to show my skill level just for the fun of it while giving peeps a few basic tips.

Also, what I mean about the thing about the jumps tiring me out is that songs that have a lot of fast jumps and step-jumps (Like 150BPM or so jumps once after the other is what "I" would consider to be fast for "me".) tend to kill my stamina to the point that my technique and speed falter. Of course constant streams will do that to me as well because I'm not capable of beating ones like that. But, I am just showing what my strengths and weaknesses are at the song skill level I can pass.

Song Time Stamps:
(In case you only want to see a particular song)

0:00 -- Haunted Rhapsody -- Full Version (Expert 14)
x2.5 Scroll Speed. (Only my 2nd playthrough)

3:41 -- Shiny World (Expert 14)
x2.5 Scroll Speed (Only my 2nd playthrough)

5:53 -- Pierce The Sky (Expert 14)
x2 Scroll Speed (Only my 2nd playthrough)

8:09 -- Sakura Sunrise (Expert 14)
x2 Scroll Speed (Many plays)

10:16 - Valkyrie Dimension (Difficult 15)
x2 Scroll Speed (Many plays)

The "actual" order I played the songs before I reordered them:
Sakura Sunrise
Pierce The Sky
Valkyrie Dimension
Shiny World
Haunted Rhapsody (Full version)

(All songs were played without using a bar on a DDR: Mario Mix Soft Pad and the "Note" noteskin.)

If I wasn't clear, the reason why I reordered them for the video was to show that I was still kicking with stamina to be able to play through all of them successfully by showing the last two songs I played first. It also was to organize them based on my experience playing them. Like notice that while I know Sakura Sunrise pretty well, I tend to flop on the jumps regardless, but on the flip side, when it's stream-based like the next song: Valkyrie Dimension, I tend to perform much more consistently.

Finally, I do consider Haunted Rhapsody a boss song because it's a 14 and there's boss songs (in red text) like Sakura Sunrise that are ranked the same. There's also way harder ones like Mei that aren't considered boss songs (white text) for some reason. Hence why I consider it a boss song.

Enjoy!
