Rekieta lawsuit moves to discovery - Mad at the Internet

Steve Quest (Montagraph) is suing Nick Rekieta for defamation. Rekieta has spent a lot of money on this case hoping for it to be dismissed, but the case will proceed into discovery. Josh thinks Rekieta should apologize, but Rekieta is steadfast in his belief that it is within his first amendment rights to call people pedophiles.
