August 1, 2023: Here is August, think about the future. Looking to get married again. Or going my own way... which is more likely. After reflection, it might be time to walk away and start over fresh and renewed.

Dealing with a lot, July was a stagnant month, things need to change for August. Working on the issues and making a difference.

397 pounds - Minor issues sleeping. Nerve issues in the hip and foot. Need to step up and drive to 350 and beyond. Looking to have a Sherpa a personal guide - a special woman. Realizing that I am on my own and move toward the future. Looking to create something for my life and love.
