Paul/Acts: Don't Obey God's Law, but Obey Man, OR ELSE!

Join Doug at 6:30 pm this evening EST (Monday, July 31, 2023) as addresses how Acts 15 calls God's law and a troubling yoke and burden that does not need to be looked into or worried about while Romans 13 the pseudepigraphical 1 Peter contend you are suppose to obey the powers and their ordinances or else receive damnation! Whut??? They're saying it's too much trouble to obey God but you must obey the "secular" authorities (which weren't secular because they considered themselves gods!) who were Caesars during the time or else receive damnation! This is insane and only serves to reinforce Jesus' saying that the people seek to please men rather than God the Father and allow the commandments of men to supersede His.
