Scenes like this are all too common since Los Angeles stop enforcing basic drug and vagrancy laws. They call it “criminal justice reform” but at what cost? And who does it actually help? Not the average citizen, not this guy… it simply helps habitual criminals stay out of jail while the rest of us get left holding the bag.
