Pokemon Trading Card Game GB Walkthrough Part 17: Hardest Rocker

There's like, three references in the subtitle so I couldn't resist wording it that way, lol!

Gene here has the best deck of the Rock Club. It's mainly defensive and will be about scratch damage, but it has some power so be careful of what his Pokemon can evolve into. Because the hardest hitting attacks require quite a few energy cards, mess him up by using your Energy Removal cards wisely. Calculating how many turns/attacks it'll take you to KO a Pokemon is key as well because if you can KO a Pokemon while he's powering it up, he'll essentially waste energy cards.

You could also use Grass Pokemon of course, but no guarantees you'll have solid Grass Deck potential depending on what cards you get from booster packs by now. Unless of course you have been building up your collection by batting peeps multiple times for more cards like I suggested. ;) The only reason I haven't been doing so myself off camera is because I've wanted to show the progress of things.
