The Mojito | Refreshing Spring & Summer Cocktail

Today we make a refreshing mojito recipe that's slightly different than what we have made in the past, a bit more simple.

The mojito layers nicely, but make sure you stir it before sipping! :-) Make sure you muddle your mojito properly, don't make a massive mess of your mint, lightly muddle is best!

The Mojito Recipe:
- 2 oz Siempre blanco (or reposado)
- 1/2 oz lime juice, freshly squeezed
- Grapefruit soda, chilled, to top (Squirt / San Pellegrino) -
- Garnish: lime wheel
- Garnish: salt rim (optional)
