The Legend Of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass Walkthrough Part 16: Truth Revealed

Finishing up the Ghost Ship, we learn a lot of stuff regarding what's going on around the game's world!

Unfortunately you cannot go back to the ghost ship unless you start a new playthrough, so at the very least make sure you get the heart container for 100% as that is the game's only "missable" even though it's really hard to "miss". You might have noticed that there are no spirit gems or treasure maps here either so all of the other stuff you find in treasure chests are those random treasures and ship parts plus rupees.
