The Legend Of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass Walkthrough Part 32: True Dedication

After 35 minutes of working straight on getting the hang of the shooting minigame again, I got it! As a reminder: Hit consecutive ghosts without missing to increase your points on each starting at 10 and going up to 20, 30, 40 and finally the max of 50 per target. You'll get a random treasure at 1,300-1,690 points, a quiver upgrade at 1,700+, then a random ship part at 1,700+ and a Heart Container at 2,000. Don't be discouraged, even when a run is impossible to win, because you can at least get something to sell for more runs at it or to buy expensive stuff at shops, lol! But why you must not lose focus on it is because any run could have the possibility to win. So you gotta be playing at your best (practice) to take advantage of the opportunity when it arises. It takes true dedication to master it though, so if you want 100%, this will likely be one of those speed bumps you'll have to power through until you get it. (The other main one is fishing. :P) Don't throw your handheld and break it out of anger though! After all, even if you give up on the game, your handheld can be used for other DS games or to finish this game's main story! ;)

Then we traverse through the Temple Of The Ocean King's earlier floors once again to clear them out of treasure with our grappling hook and show some new shortcuts. Improve your time on the early floors to make later floors easier! By now the first 6 should be second nature too so once you clear out the treasures, you may want to focus ONLY on getting through the 6 ASAP while collecting the +15s and +30s where practical to maximize your time. A tip is to do things from safe areas so your clock doesn't run down when practical, including switching items. Why focus so hard on improving it? Because chances are the next time you go through the temple will be the last! :D Well... unless you want to get MORE stuff on the earlier floors once we get another new item, lol!

I've been waiting to explain Nintendo's idea behind the Temple Of The Ocean King for a while and the time is almost here. But not yet. You'll have to look into it if you want to see now or wait for a future part. :P
