Mario Golf Advance Tour Walkthrough Part 5: Partner Perils

DKC reference in the title of course because I had just finished it recently and it's still on the mind, lol! But it definitely holds true. Your partner... isn't generally the best of players. XD There's some adaptive AI going on in that they generally seem to recover when you hit a bad shot but are sorta randomized when you hit a good one. I don't think you "need" to play poorly to make your partner play better to make up for it persay, especially this early on because your character stats are low so getting in the rough or something may prevent our partner from reaching the green in regulation and vice/versa. Plus your partner doesn't always recover. It is hard to feel out what they will do, basically.
