My Channel Is Copyright Claim Free?

I "think" I can confirm that progress has been made on the Youtube copyright system because enough time has passed that they wouldn't do some sort of reversion or something! More work to do of course, but hopefully we can get Youtube to listen before we're in our 80s. Also, I hope I was clear about my thoughts on things here. I know I was all over the place in this as I went from thought to thougt, so I added some notes along the way, but... I dunno, maybe I'm overthinking it. I could always make a followup or clarification video. But in case I missed something or got confusing, it goes something like this:

-One thing is fixed in the copyright system: The ability to appeal as many rejected copyright claim disputes as you want at once.
-Strike system is still in place for copyright conflicts for some reason.
-Claims can be put back on videos even after they are successfully cleared.
-Companies will never get any sort of punishment for making false claims, but you might get your channel terminated by copyright claims and disputes/appeals of course...
-Trolls and/or people who want to censor you can still flag your video for a copyright violation and get it taken down.

So it's still lopsided, but better because at least you always have a way to come back from any bogus attacks, even if it takes a few weeks. Other video websites may or may not be better in this regard due to laws in their current state and how websites handle claims. But if laws are the problem that prevents websites from giving a more equal ground for people to fight on, perhaps it would be better to message people in congress to look into getting the laws changed or something. Granted it would be difficult because you have massive entertainment companies like Disney trying to keep copyright just the way it is or even make it stricter, but nothing about copyright battles are easy in general so you gotta be tough and stand up to them or they'll keep their stranglehold.

Also, here's the new-ish video site that is showing some promise known as Vidme:

Edit: Sadly Vid.Me is shutting down December 15, 2017:

Finally, the link I forgot the URL to that I had to search for because it was no longer on my video manager:
https://www.youtube.com/my_videos_copyright
(It'll show any of 'your' videos with copyright, not mine. I'm just linking this here to show you what I mean if you don't have any videos with copyright issues.)
