The Legend Of Zelda Majora's Mask Walkthrough Part 19: Races From Hades

Take the worst aspects of racing games and put them in two games, then you have the main attractions of this part! lol! Goron racing is loaded with rubber banding and luck aspects thanks to the camera making you unable to see where others are coming up behind you to block them. (No option to peek behind you either)

For the second minigame it's essentially a guessing game to the finish as the maze's layout changes each time you play it. So it would be like if a race track randomly generated each time you played it.... and had all blind turns. It's always possible to win it, but you need luck to actually not hit too many dead ends top have enough time to make it. As an example here, I BARELY got it on my first attempt and each attempt costs 30 rupees so you could go through a lot, fast...
