When you miss warm weather in the winter, consider a trip to Albania. We spent last Christmas and New Year's Eve here. The feeling when we could walk on the beach and enjoy the sea on December 24th was great :D
There are very nice places to explore, beautiful and clean nature and it is not crowded at all at this time.
