The Legend Of Zelda: Spirit Tracks Walkthrough Part 10: Control The Elements

If you use powers of the elements, you too can be done with the whole dungeon in only a half hour, lol! Actually, you could do it in under a half hour as I had a few flubs along the way, plus I burned more snow/experimented more than necessary. But that's a part of the joy of gaming!
