The Legend Of Zelda: Spirit Tracks Walkthrough Part 13: Finishing The Windowless

Let's clean up the remainder of the windowless part of the Tower Of Spirits, then head off to get some rabbits and stamps! Thus I think this is the first part where I have combined the main quest and side quests. Which is surprising there has been 12 other parts before this, lol!
