Around the time truckers were being accused of public urination, this Ottawa city employee was caught on video, apparently relieving himself in the middle of the street in broad daylight.

The deliberate decision to close down public toilets, and to strictly ration the number of portable toilets the truckers were allowed to bring into the city negatively affected the entire community.
