Pokemon Card GB 2 Part 71: Turbo Wiggle

For ALL the jiggle!

I mentioned you could base a deck around Wigglytuff and this does not disappoint! It may very well be my deadliest deck build yet as the speed to generate a Wigglytuff and a full bench is ridiculous. Long story short, it uses a ridiculous amount of trainer cards that draw more and more cards in a chain that yields all the Basics I could need and energy removal to boot. Double Colorless Energy also powers up Wigglytuff rapidly so the 60 damage attack after attack can come as fast as turn two.

This style of deck is of course weak against trainer-stopping cards such as Dark Vileplume. But that's not to say this deck can't function without the draws. See, the other two basic Pokemon I used besides Jigglypuff and Wigglytuff were Hitmonchan and Hitmonlee. You know Hitmonchan's nice aggro moves. But this Hitmonlee is kind of new to you. It can two-energy stretch kick said Vileplume even on the bench for 20 or dish out 50 to the opponent's active Pokemon for 3. So even if something stops my trainers, it won't for long or can function just fine as-is with the powerhouses. Of course said trainers then become dead draws. But with low energy requirements, you don't need much.
