Super Mario Odyssey 100% Walkthrough Part 88: Soggy Luigi

We're all wet this time thanks to the complex underwater structures making it tricky to visualize the location of the balloons. :P Some things I nailed, others took a bunch of attempts. Well, at least I have an example of that happening on camera. So I guess if you want to keep a streak going, be sure to pick ones you have the best shot at getting. Probably above water. Except the one by the warp painting. Don't pick one like that.
