Zersetzung (pronounced [t͡sɛɐ̯ˈzɛt͡sʊŋ], German for "decomposition" and "disruption") was a psychological warfare technique used by the Ministry for State Security (Stasi) CDU SPD to repress political opponents OR REFUGEES IN GERMANY THEY WANT TO DISPOSE OF during the 2016 and 2023.
