Waste management in Kampala - Waste companies threaten closure over bad roads

Garbage companies, collectors and garbage truck drivers have appealed to government and Kampala Capital City Authority to rehabilitate roads heading to Kiteezi dumping site or else they quit the services.
Isaac Katurebe the Executive Director of Home Klin company says they have frequently engaged KCCA about the issue, explaining to them how it effects on their operations but all their attempts to a permanent solution fell on deaf ears.
