Florida Plant Profile #7: Sweet Potato

For our next plant profile, I present the sweet potato. A member of the morning glory family, the sweet potato does well in our Florida heat and humidity, and acts as a great ground cover. All you need is a sweet potato from the grocery store and you, too, can begin growing sweet potatoes!
