As a client at The Haus Exchange you may notice that we do things a little differently.
For instance, to ensure that your property gets all of the attention it deserves, we only take on a maximum of 10 listings for sale at any given time. You can also be rest assured that you will be updated after each viewing (usually within an hour but always on the day). This means that when selling with The Haus Exchange, you should not have to call us at all as we will keep you up to date at all times.

Please also note as part of the Haus Exchange Concierge service, we can also organise everything from cost effective painters and handymen to complimentary staging and styling ensuring that your property is prepared and presented in the best possible way so you can really increase the value of your property.

In short we do everything possible to make your property really stand out in order to get the sales price that you really want and in that regard I am really looking forward to showing you the service we can offer and the results that we can achieve.
