“Yes, sir that's correct. I want to be real clear about, 20 years we've seen this country degraded, our culture degraded, our government degraded. We wake up in the morning and barely recognize this country now. A big part of that is the Democrat party, pushing us so far to the left, we are not supposed to chase those people to the left, we're supposed to stand in the gap and stop them from destroying this country. The short answer is no, we have a super majority republican senate 36 strong. Let's put the democrats where they belong, not on powerful committees, and let's pass republican legislation for a change.” - Senator Chris McDaniel
