"Now Gene Rosen has this story about a bus driver in the mix. Why the bus driver didn't take the kids to a secure location, and instead thought it was OK to just drop them off at Gene Rosen's house for a few hours is unknown. Why wasn't the bus driver the one to call the parents? Is it normal for a bus driver to bring kids to a neighbor's house and apparently drop them off there alone?
