Upper Body Workout for Size/Hypertrophy

Use this upper body workout as a quick and efficient way to throw on some size.
If you have plenty of time/energy maybe add some extra sets/volume (think offseason)
If you are preseason, use this to get a little extra hypertrophy stimulis with not too much fatigue. I know your schedule is busy but I am sure you can spare 45 minutes.
This is just for that hypertrophy, control the weights, go to failure, keep sets low so intensity is high.
This can be done on pretty much any day of the week as the fatigue impact is very minimal.
